We do not sell your personal information, run ads, or receive the private content you create in the current version of this app.
Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Wisdom.Voyage handles information in the Elephant Path mobile application. It applies to the current version of the app and to privacy questions sent directly to us.
Elephant Path is a reflection and practice app for adults. It is not a medical, therapy, or emergency service.
Information & storage
Elephant Path lets you create journal entries and reflections, record practice progress, and save app preferences. This content is stored locally on your device using the app’s private storage.
The current version does not require a server-based Wisdom.Voyage account and does not transmit your raw journal or reflection text to Wisdom.Voyage. Limited interaction events may exist temporarily within an app session to make features work, but they are not sent to us.
Device backups
Your device provider may include app data in a device backup if you enable that feature. Those backups are controlled by you and the platform provider, not by Wisdom.Voyage.
How information is used
Locally stored information is used only to provide the features you choose: restoring your progress, showing saved entries, remembering preferences, and personalizing the on-device experience.
We do not use the content of your journals or reflections for advertising, profiling, or training artificial-intelligence models.
Your choices & deletion
You can delete local Elephant Path data from the app’s Profile screen by choosing Delete local account data. You can also remove app-controlled local data by uninstalling the app. Platform backups may remain until you delete them through your device or cloud-backup settings.
Because the current version does not send journal content to Wisdom.Voyage, we generally do not have a server copy to access, export, or delete.
Security & retention
Keeping content on your device reduces the amount of personal information exposed to us. Your device passcode, operating-system protections, and backup settings are important parts of security.
Local content remains until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app, subject to any device backup you control.
Children’s privacy
Elephant Path is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children through the app. If you believe a child has contacted us or provided information directly, email us so we can address it.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy when the app changes. We will revise the date above and, when appropriate, provide an in-app notice before materially different data practices begin.
